We have been promoting Betflare and Casabet, a brand of Join affiliates, on our site since December 2024, and they have not paid the agreed commission. Despite multiple follow-ups from their representative, we have not received any payment for our services. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to affiliates who strive to increase traffic and generate leads. We strongly recommend caution when working with a Join affiliate.
In February, they wrote: “We studied the FTD and re-appointment statistics, and in the whole period of cooperation we found only a few players and a low percentage of re-appointment. And the activity is also the same and no active accounts.
Now, months later, despite more registrations and players making deposits, they are saying they will not pay any commission. This sudden decision without any prior warning or discussion is very surprising.
They replied with: “Sorry for the late reply, but I have no good news. Our team has studied your statistics. Same activity was found in it, but the amount of re-deposit is same. Your players do not respond to our mailings, these are one day accounts. Unfortunately, we cannot pay commission for such traffic."
We have never agreed to such conditions. But we have run the campaign in December, I get their reply in January, after 2 months and they straight away refuse to make the payment.
This is unacceptable. We expect Join Affiliate to honor their commitments and pay a fair commission.
we need our adspent atleast so we can cover losses, it's totally unethical to refuse to pay whole commission
