JOYA - delayed / no payment

I'd like to report some issues regarding our unpaid commission from JOYA.
Invoice sent 3 weeks ago... + multiple reminders, and no payment.

Payment deadline: 10th....

"6.3. The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears, not later than the 10th of the following calendar month."

We sent them another invoice, this time for January 2025.

Status: 2 unpaid invoices, including one 1 month overdue.
Interests & reminder fees: 2x20 EUR

and silence....
