Kosmonaut partners and SpinBuffalo Casino are not paying commissions and are not responding to messages

Hello everyone!

We have been working with Kosmonaut partners for a long time. Previously, there were some delays in responses, but they were minor. However, now we cannot receive our commission. They are not responding to messages on Skype. I wrote to different managers, but I didn’t get any reply. The email listed on their website also doesn’t work. There has been no communication with them for a month and a half.

We are also facing issues with SpinBuffalo Casino. A few months ago, their manager contacted us with a cooperation offer. We registered in their affiliate program at spinbuffalo.tracknow.io and quickly agreed on a favorable deal. After the first month of work, the manager actively asked us to increase traffic volume to their casino. We did so. But now, when we tried to receive our commission, the manager is not responding to messages on Skype. Our account has been blocked, and we no longer have access to it.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving these situations.

Maybe. But we haven’t received any notifications about the closure.

Kosmonaut has been ignoring us for about a half year now, with commissions exceeding 5k+. Please be cautious, as we had RS deal not CPA or HYB.
