that's a good rundown, Rachel. I hadn't even thought of the problems it presents for the casinos themselves :( I can see how players would be upset.

It could be players are submitting them.
It's not in the screen shot but if you visit the site it says submit bonus on the far right.

In fact it's not really the players submitting the codes. I've looked into it, these sites have teams of people posting these updates under usernames that imply they are players.

When we post a new bonus on our promotions page it can take less than 30 minutes to end up on these blogs. Unfortunately the codes are advertised as no deposit bonuses, even though they are advertised by us as deposit only. They certainly don't care whether the codes are valid, they just want to drive registrations. Not a business model I'm a fan of :)

Just another reason why most players hold the opinion we're all scum bags. When it's only a fraction of affiliates up to dodgy antics.

They also use our bonuscodes all the time!
Currently the use our code BP20FREE which we have for a no dep bonus for some of Affiliate Edge Brands.
@AE-Martyn contacted them, Martyn also immediatly said, it is very bad for player experience etc.

Well they added now a little expired to our codes on SOME of their sites, but guess this will not help much.

On some sites, they even did not add expired yet.
Martyn is on this..... Thank you Martyn :)

Yes, I thought same.

This is a member of AGD I am pretty sure!
Of course they are! See latest profile posts here on AGD in the sidebar? LOL, they are here offering us exposure on their sites!

They are still posting our codes, but at the same time telling their players we are blacklisted :D :D

Maybe some of it is automated after all? I'm sure they would not purposefully send traffic to a casino they are no longer affiliated with

most likely a script.

I'd be inclined to side with slotplayer on this one. I highly doubt these sites would manually go trawling for codes. That's all they'd be doing all day.

Hello Everyone,

We've read the comments above an we wish to reply.

www.thebigfreechiplist.com is the largest and most trustworthy source for online casino bonuses, to do so, we have a team who's in charge of getting and filtering bonuses. We get bonuses details from casinos, players and newsletters. Before posting bonuses we do our best to make sure we do not advertise false or inaccurate information, our team contacts the casino directly to validate almost every bonus, once the bonus has passed our inspections we upload the bonus to our site. We do so as we want our visitors to enjoy our bonuses and to be able to redeem them, so they will be satisfied with our services.

Unfortunately, sometimes we are being sent bonuses that are either expired or exclusive to other affiliate sites, on most cases, we are able to detect these bonuses and we do not post them in the first place. However, sometimes we are not able to detect these kind of bonuses and we post them, on these cases we usually get notifications from affiliate managers and we either remove or mark the bonus as expired.

Please note that many times, even when a casino creates an exclusive bonus, it will still allow players with different affiliate trackers to redeem it...

We welcome all affiliates to contact us in case you find an exclusive bonus code on our site and we will take care of it asap, we do not intend to hurt or damage anyone's work and we respect all affiliate sites.

Also, please note that posting this bonus (even without a link) has contribute to your SEO rankings as google gives credits to references on the web with the exact domain name.. Especially since thebigfreechiplist.com is one of the highest ranked sites in the industry.

With that being said, I believe that it would be catastrophic and unfair to untag the affiliate tag from players who were sent from that affiliate and tag them according to the bonus code they've tried to redeem, this is for several reasons:
1. This traffic was sent from TBFCL, and the player visited the casino not because of the bonus code, but because TBFCL has posted a bonus for a specific casino, without TBFCL, the user would have never visited Yebo under any other affiliate site.. and would simply go to another casino, still under TBFCL tracker.
2. This kind of action will open the entire industry to be a huge pile of chaos and hurts the most basic principle of affiliates (not just gambling affiliates) that affiliate tag is never removed or replaced.

Thank you.
www.thebigfreechiplist.com Network.

With that, we would like to express the fact that "thebigfreechiplist (.) com" is not in anyway associated with "casinobonus2 (.) co" or "bigfreechiplist (.) com".

Regarding Rachel from Trada Casino comments, we're not sure if you are referring to TBFCL or casinobonus2, anyway we'd like to say that every bonus we've posted for Trada Casino was checked and confirmed with their live chat. Also, regarding the statement that our "business model" is to "drive registration without caring if the bonuses are valid", this is clearly wrong.. Like we've said before, our goal and efforts are to be the largest and most trustworthy source for online casino bonuses, so far we've managed to build a community of over 35,000 users, our bounce rate is around the 30%, one of the lowest in the industry and more than 70% of our traffic is returning visitors, so it seems like the visitors satisfaction of our site is very good, so please give more credit to players judgment.

Hi BFCL,

I am referring exclusively to CB2 here :) TradaCasino has a good relationship with BFCL and any codes posted on your blog are agreed between the account manager and I, my apologies I should have specified that in my post.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for the clarification, just a small thing, it is TBFCL, not BFCL :) (BFCL us someone else.. like we mentioned above)

You claim unfair
Lets not bury the fact these codes are not yours to use in the 1'st place.
Throwing the blame on to players submitting bonus codes to your site, is, well, a cope out imho.

Players search for coupons and you just happen to have a flurry of exclusive codes from sites which essentially you have NO right to use.

So in the BIG picture, your gaining traffic at other webmasters expense.

I think the retagging of these players WOULD, and very quickly, have sites like yours, making it a priority to not promote other webmasters exclusive coupons.

So the most trustworthy source for online casino bonuses recommends and offers exclusive bonus codes for operators that are widely known as deposit only casinos since years? Ouch.

@Rachel @ TradaCasino : Thank you for your input.

Thank you for your feedbacks, first we'd like to say that we have great respect for AGD forum, members and other affiliate sites, we're taking these feedbacks very seriously and learn from them.

Then what makes it exclusive?

The fact that a bonus code is created after a specific domain name does not mean it is exclusive for that site, what makes a bonus exclusive is that the bonus can be technically redeemed only by registering from a specific tracker.

Many times we've came across affiliates who said they've created an "exclusive" bonus for us called - THEBIGFREECHIPLIST for example, and after we checked it we noticed that even players who signed up from other sites were able to redeem that specific code, so even though the bonus code is named after our domain name, it is not exclusive or connected to our affiliate tracker only.

With that being said, Please understand that our goal is to offer our users valid bonuses and good user experience, we do not wish to promote exclusive bonuses of other sites because this will result in poor user experience since these bonuses wouldn't work.

We spend A LOT of funds and efforts in making sure we filter our content correctly so that our visitors will enjoy visiting our site.

As mentioned above, we respect other affiliate sites and believe in fair competition, we're sure that a lot more needs to be fixed on our end and we are working on that.

We're open to get messages from anyone who believe our actions are unfair.. and we'll do our best to make it right.

Thank you,
www.thebigfreechiplist.com Network.
