We are very sorry that you are not happy with our way of responding. However, I think it is important to keep a certain level of professionalism and this simply includes salutation, introduction, body, conclusion and complimentary close, proper upper / lower case, decent language, etc.
We are always paying as much attention as possible to any correspondence. Therefore, we have been answering all your questions we received from you.
I refer to our e-mail correspondence from May 21<sup>st</sup>; you asked: ‘I currently have a ND Bonus of $15 that I am running for Grande Vegas, will this still be honored?’ My answer was: ‘Offers to players will be obeyed as well, but might be reviewed in some time.’ The Casino Management did a review on this ND bonus offer and decided to not prolonging it.
To get to the only open question we were able to find: ‘So what was the special sign-up offer for my players at Jackpot Capital?’ We wrote in our e-mail on June 18<sup>th</sup>: ‘Not to make you lose, we introduce a special sign-up offer for your players at Jackpot Capital. How does this sound to you?’ We have not yet received any answer.
