You are right, the T&Cs specify so in general, but this wording is only applied to partners who choose WEEKLY PAYMENTS.
For all partners in MONTHLY PAYMENTS it is NO NEGATIVE CARRY OVER, as mentioned above

This is not written in the terms and so under the legal perspectives of contracts irrelevant.

There is no reason to refuse to specify this in the terms with the exception, that there is a bad intention to refuse it. If there is no tricky or bad intention, then it's clear, that your program is working very sloppy by not specifying this important detail, which means proven completely incompetent.

I give your program 24 hours to do so. Normally it takes 10 minutes to change the terms. After 24 hours without the term change it's clear, that there is some kind of tricky or even bad intention behind that.

If you have a problem with the correctness of terms, contracts or laws, then you are working in the wrong industry.

As long as this is not specified in the terms, it's only a lip-service.

Now you can back up your words with deeds.

There is no place for legally vagouly working programs in a financial industry.

This issue could have been settled already months ago. There is nothing more worst in a financial industry than unprofessionalism, and in the financial industry there is no room for essential mistakes and arbitrariness.

In the real world and serious business "very shortly" will be interpreted as latest 72 hours, at the very latest.

Moreover: In this case it takes not even 5 minutes to change one sentence and to upload the new terms.

Warning for Betwinner!
We have been partners with Betwinner for over 2 years and promoting them. Lately we have stopped pushing them in certain markets because none of their payment methods work as it should. Due to that we have no new FTD that we are sending them anymore.
So they are withholding our revshare for the past 4 months for a total of 10,000 dollars, not 200 dollars or so, 10,000 dollars!! They say they have a policy that we need 3 new FTD before they will release the funds.
I have been trying to solve it with them, but with no success. So please be aware of their strange policies.
