We received the following email:

"Dear Affiliate,

This email is sent on behalf of Interactive Affiliates Guernsey Limited (“IAGL”) to you as a member of IAGL’s affiliate network ("Affiliate Program”) pursuant to the IAGL affiliate network terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms”). A copy of the Affiliate Terms can be found here: https://partners.marathonbet.com/terms_and_conditions.asp.

As the Marathonbet brand is operated globally, recent and ongoing events in Europe have had a significant impact for us. We regret to inform you that we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend services offered on the marathonbet.co.uk website. As a result, our Affiliate Program which relates to the promotion of marathonbet.co.uk, is no longer active.

This email is therefore sent in accordance with our Affiliate Terms to terminate the agreement between you and us in respect of your promotion of marathonbet.co.uk, with effect from 4 April 2022, although we will permit you to have access to the UK Affiliate Area from this date until 1 June 2022 solely for the purpose of downloading reports.

This means that:

• if you are an Affiliate who only promotes marathonbet.co.uk, your participation in the Affiliate Program will terminate on 1 June 2022; and
• if you are an Affiliate who promotes other Marathonbet sites as well as marathonbet.co.uk, your participation in the Affiliate Program in respect of the UK market only will terminate on 1 June 2022. However, you can continue to participate in the Affiliate Program in respect of any other territories subject always to the Affiliate Terms.

In either case, you must therefore cease all Affiliate activity in relation to the promotion of marathonbet.co.uk, by 4 April 2022. In the meantime, we would like to assure you that we intend to pay you any Revenue Share to which you are entitled under our Affiliate Terms, up to 23 May 2022 when we will settle all pending bets placed in marathonbet.co.uk, and for the period from 4 April until 1 June 2022, you may continue to access the UK Affiliate Area in order to download any reports from your Affiliate account.

For the avoidance of doubt, we confirm the following key dates relating to the closing of the operation of marathonbet.co.uk:

4 April 2022	23:59:59	Player registrations via marathonbet.co.uk no longer accepted after this time. Affiliate promotion of marathonbet.co.uk terminates.
14 April 2022	23:59:59	Players no longer able to deposit or place bets on any products in marathonbet.co.uk after this time.
14 April 2022	23:59:59	All Player deposits on marathonbet.co.uk will be deactivated after this time.
23 May 2022	23:59:59	All pending bets placed in marathonbet.co.uk will be settled by this time in accordance with official result. If the settlement date is after 23 May 2022, the bets will be voided.
1 June 2022	23:59:59	Access to UK Affiliate Area by Affiliates terminates.

This email is sent to the email address you provided to us in the sign-up form you used to join our Affiliate Network.
