I registered with them on Jan24, gave them a total of 24 ftds. When it came to payment, they said I did not registered with the same email address that I was using to contact them since Jan. During this period, they gave me a promo code on the same email.
Now, I have given them every proof that I am the sole owner of my affiliate account.
Yet they are asking me to send email from the registered email that I used when signing up.
The twist is however, when I asked them what is the email that I am signed up with on their database, they won't tell me the email.
Is this behaviour normal? What would you do if you were in my shoes?
