Dear affiliate,
We regret to inform you that we are terminating Montecarloaffiliates agreement with you with immediate effect, but do not worry, we will continue to pay commission from your existing players for the next 12 months, as per clause 9.3 of our Terms & Conditions.
“9.3 Where termination is effected by us for reasons other than breach of this Agreement by you, the Affiliate, you shall continue to be entitled for a period of one (1) year to receive Commission Fees with respect to your existing Active Players in accordance with this Agreement.”
Important: Any commission generated during the next 12 months period will be paid out automatically as part of our monthly payment process. You will continue to have access to your account during this period so you can check the reports, update payment details and generate statements.
Along this week we will email you to provide login details to your new migrated affiliate account.
