I see your concerns. But I don`t know if I would call it "predatory".
Bitstarz is IMO a great casino with good ratios, good retention, excellent payment habits and with one of the best affiliate supports at all.

What would you call an affiliate program who accepts depositing players, makes money from said losses, but if an affiliate only refers two (2) players, and lets say they are both whales, then the affiliate doesn't get paid.

That looks an awful lot like "predatory" to me... just sayin!

The reasoning for the ‘3 active players before an affiliates first commission is paid’ is for the protection from affiliate abusing our system due to scammers

Mind AG before Catena and AG now are unfortunately two different sites, which reflects big time on how the site is ran now.... Its a good PR stunt for sure, but it is anything but prestigious.

So @AussieDave comments still rings true, 2 high roller / whales and you would get sweet FA. Is there a provision for the quality of player provided to still be paid with only 2 active players or are your T&Cs rigid?

But seriously guys - it wasn't a kind of quota that you have to bring 3 players each month. I mean, IMO, if you're not willing or not able to deliver just 3 players into a casino you shouldn't consider to signup with them. What sense makes it? Is it just to have one more piece of review content online?

Fair enough if your aff manager says he would honour if the aff is good with 2 actives only obviously this would depend on the quality of the 2 actives. But there is no guarantee that they would do this as they could easily hide behind there terms. Especially if they are earning thousands from it.

As for not promoting them if someone could not deliver 3 actives you may be in a position to do this easily but for a lot of other affs that are new or struggling with traffic it would be a case of every depositor counts. So I would be miffed if I brought in a whale only to be told I could not earn from him/her until I have 3 actives (according to terms). This is where the dodgy affs would end up trying to scam the program in order to get the 3.

I have not checked them out yet and they may well be a top notch program so I am only voicing my opinion for the little guy. I know you have a wealth of experience @eenzoo so will bow down to your view on the program.

I agree with you on several points. Good traffic is hard to generate especially in EU/UK markets and it can be hard to fulfill promises or expectations. Often the first question by an AM is: how many FTD can you bring in?! Maybe, you'll tell him about 10 or 15, even if you know that it will be max. 2, just to get a better share. To avoid to run into this trap, i've limited my top list's down to max 5 operators.

@bitstarz ... ofc I can imagine that a lot of players try to get a "cashback" via aff and you make it them quite easy if you show that "option" in every player account by default. I could be wrong but if you deactivate that in the menu it couldn't avoid a bigger amount of that scam?

Please Bitstarz, after your comment "We will always look out for every affiliate..." I start to cry!
You have to be a little embarrassed to say this.
After I had NGR 1,348.42 AUD, they owe me my commission and don't want to pay me for not fulfilling their terms and conditions of the '3 active player'.
And even worse that my affiliate account has disappeared this amount. It's awesome! How well you take care of your affiliates!
However I have as proof that I owe my money a screenshot of the screen. Until you pay me I send you the traffic to another online casino.

We are sad to hear that we have not been able to make you happy, as we strive to always do so with all our affiliate partners.

With regards our terms and conditions, we have not changed any of these overnight and our stance still remains that there needs to be 3 depositing players for a commission to be paid. At the moment, you only have one, and there hasn’t been any traffic further to this. We have also notice that our traffic that we should be receiving is being directed to another brand on your site. This could have resolved things for you, as then traffic would have come our way and you would have had more active players to pay out your commission.

As for the view that you stated that has disappeared, the view of commission earnings will always display a 3 month view. If you wish to see past dates, please amend the date range within your profile.

I do hope you understand why we and other partners keep terms and conditions in place.

I just looked at your T&C's but I am not sure that I understand it well. Can you please confirm that you only need 3 depositing players to get the first payment not 3 NDP's monthly?
