We are sad to hear that we have not been able to make you happy, as we strive to always do so with all our affiliate partners.

With regards our terms and conditions, we have not changed any of these overnight and our stance still remains that there needs to be 3 depositing players for a commission to be paid. At the moment, you only have one, and there hasn’t been any traffic further to this. We have also notice that our traffic that we should be receiving is being directed to another brand on your site. This could have resolved things for you, as then traffic would have come our way and you would have had more active players to pay out your commission.

As for the view that you stated that has disappeared, the view of commission earnings will always display a 3 month view. If you wish to see past dates, please amend the date range within your profile.

I do hope you understand why we and other partners keep terms and conditions in place.

But I still don't agree with the position that I must have 3 depositing players in order to pay a commission.
The main one is psychological abuse in its terms and conditions. I don't want to keep arguing about why and how. I think that your administration understands this issue perfectly. However he becomes deaf and blind and does not want to change his rule.
My big mistake was not to read your terms and conditions. If I had read it, I would not be arguing with you now.
It's a shame that your casino is not willing to make changes and be more friendly and resolve affiliate concerns.
Please let me know when there will be changes to your terms and I will gladly support your casino again.

To avoid player who tries to get a "cashback" via affiliate, "affiliate scammer" who try to make a quick dime with stolen credit cards or just referring a friend, to filter partners who take this business seriously and so on. What happens if there only 2 players who are playing each month and the commission keeps adding up? Surely at some point, the affiliate needs to get paid? Maybe after 60 days or 90 days? That would be fair for everyone and would eliminate scammers

In that I totally agree with you BetReels. It is the same as a single player, but that plays constant and generates commissions, however you as a sharp will never receive your commission. You are simply giving away to the casino.

As mentioned in a previous text, this is only for your first earning of commission.
When you start with any program, both casino owners and affiliates agree to a partnership of which we at Bitstarz would hope to be a long successful one and with more than 3 players.
With all our partners, this hasn't been an issue. If you have good reliable traffic, this should not be a concern for you?
After the 3 active players, whether you decide to carry on being an affiliate and promoting us or not, you will still 100% generate earnings from those 3 players that you have brought in.

But it's not about getting 3 players, it's about principles. The concept of "3 active players" is already legally and pathologically offensive. No one should be allowed to impose their unfair rules on you. We are all the people who work hard every day and of course we would like to get paid.
There are other more friendly and fair options. For example, as most affiliate programs do, a set minimum amount of payment. And it doesn't matter if you have only 1 player or 100 players. In my opinion it is a normal condition and does not have the sense of forced obligation.
I don't know if I explained it well. But I repeat again, I have nothing special against BitStarz, it's just my opinion and my position. If things change, I will continue to promote this casino. But not for now.
