Minimum Player Rule
If after a 3-month inclusive period no new depositing customer has been referred, revenue share will be reduced to 20%. Once a new depositing customer has been referred, the following month the revenue share will be increased to 28% and then revenue share will increase based on tier percentage highlighted on the site.

It's not a disaster @20% when you consider some are as low as 10% or 5% or 0%. But these terms should not exist PERIOD:

I've never quite understood the logic behind why previously delivered players' revenue share would be made less consequently in case affiliate will deliver less or no players.

The operator would not have these players weren't it for the affiliate and there are no extra costs for the operator if there won't be more players coming in.

Does anyone have ideas?

Yeah I got stung VERY BADLY by this term in 2016

Partly my fault I suppose for not noticing it (IF it were there when I signed-up), and also not even spotting it until 6 months AFTER I had been reduced to 20%...
At the time I had caught a "whale", and the reduction in RS cost me literally $XX,XXX in lost commissions

But you know me - pragmatic as always! I still made LOADS of $ from my high-roller over those 6 months, and apart from that my dealings with No.1 have been pretty good.
I may well fall foul of this term again in the future - not much I can do to prevent it, except maybe pray...

The minimum player term has been removed now and the % is 35 flat and if you have great performance they raise it on case by case.

This program has not removed this rogue term. Our commissions are 15% for a few of the brands that don't convert. They still have the player minimum clause. This is the message from our affiliate manager from today:
We started you off on 30% with the 3 brands that you started initially and then started the others on 30% as well.

After we added the program the system monitors your account and it is automatically adjusted to be in line with our Ts and Cs.
When you accepted the Ts and Cs you will have read point 10, “If, after a 3 month inclusive period, no new active customers are referred to the brand in question, Number1Affiliates reserves the right to reduce the Revenue Share to 25% for that brand. If, after 6 months inclusive, where no new active customers are referred to the brand in question, then Number1Affiliates reserves the right to reduce the Revenue Share down to 15% for that brand.”

You can easily maintain your deal by getting at least a single new active player in a 3 month period at each respective.
The brands you’re inquiring about at 15% was decreased by the system as there wasn’t any activity on these brands (Lion Slots and Diamond Reels Euro) – there we less than 50 players sent here, of which none converted and went on to deposit – thus there was no commissions earned from here regardless of the deal.
