Minimum Activity Rule
9.3 The Company and its associated companies reserve the right to participate at its own expense defend any of the above-mentioned claims. The company reserves the rights to change any deal (without any further notice) of any affiliate that generates less than 5 NDCs/month or any affiliate that ceases to promote the companies casino.
