At least 8 out of 9 programs does NOT have such first payment delay term in their terms so far, I have checked already, which are almost 2 dozens of them here on AGD.

The reason for this term is to prevent players from signing up to be an affiliate first before playing, and while the term is not common it is not rare and we think it is reasonable.

You can have your opinion, but my opinion ist, this is nothing but a tool to scam small affiliates. It's really surprising, that this industry survived the first 15+ years without having such terms ... as without fees ... or tricks or backholes. They had it's best time before all of this.

In the meantime I know every excuse, programs are telling the audience and they are all flashbangs.

The true reason is, there are too many programs open with too many casinos for the same amount of people playing. This is simple math. It can't have a good end.

I have investigated MLM for almost a decade. There are the same crooks and criminals like in this industry, but not even there they are hiding their identities so much like here. Not even there such terms like in this industry are spreaded.
