1.19. TruePlay Affiliate program reserves the right to deactivate accounts, with the subsequent pay-off of account balances, Affiliates who have not visited the Affiliate program account for 1 (one) year or more. To reactivate the account and resume the balance, the Affiliate must contact the support service team of the Affiliate Program.
4.7. Affiliate program Trueplay, reserves the right to delay payouts to Affiliates, if the Affiliate for a long time is not active and receives income on a residual basis. To renew payouts, you need to contact the support team of the Affiliate Program.
4.8. Accounts of Affiliates who have not visited their personal account in the Affiliate program for a long time and do not respond to messages can be frozen. This is due to the fact that such accounts are more susceptible to fraudulent actions by third parties. To restore access to the account, you will need to re-pass the account verification procedure.
