Due to this term:

Finch may terminate Partner's participation in one or more Offers or this Agreement at any time and for any reason which Finch deem appropriate with or without prior notice to Partner by disabling the Links or providing Partner with a written notice.

After discussing this term with Finch we discovered they only work on a CPL model and since that is the case we think the term reasonable knowing how prevalent fraudulent traffic is.

So considering this we are moving them to certified, but if they change models we would need to revisit the classification.

What they had to say:

We're only offering CPL deals to affiliates and not RevShare. With RevShare I can imagine that this is an important rule to change. With CPL there is a lot of fraude, and with fraudulent affiliates we will terminate the cooperation immediately. When we agree to only terminate cooperation with fraude, it will leave me in a disposition, because I will need to have a solid proof of fraude, which will force me to show our fraud detections.

If you ask me to choose to make me vulnerable for fraude or have ONE bad review of the affiliate program. I will choose to have the bad review.

That said, the cooperation should work for both parties, there will never be a problem as long as there is no fraud and guidelines are being followed. Why would anybody terminate a partnership when its profitable?

I prefer not to have the thread online, but if you insist on keeping this online, I will only hope that fraudulent affiliates are warned that we will terminate without warning.
