COMPANY reserves the right to change any affiliate earnings structure (or any part thereof) from time to time, for any reason it deems fit.

If you are in breach of the above Rake-Back prohibition as set out in section 9.1.13 above, then, without limiting, and in addition to, any other remedy that we may have under these terms and conditions and agreement with you, or applicable law, we may, in our discretion, send a warning notice to you. If you do not rectify any breach capable of repair within the time prescribed in our notice, then you will pay us a sum in compensation for the breach, which we may assess, at our sole and absolute discretion based on the type and scope of the breach and the damage caused in the amount of up to US$30,000. You acknowledge that any such compensation assessed by us will be our reasonable estimate of the damage likely to be caused to the network for the Operator's breach.

We are in talks with Starz Partners and they are working with us to make changes to their T&C to make them certified.

After a report about their first payout quota and a discussion especially about their termination without cause term in this thread ( https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/threads/bitstarz-affiliates-terms-you-should-know.16801/ ) at least they have changed this predatory term from "We may terminate this agreement, without cause at any time" to "We may terminate this agreement if it is determined that an affiliate has broken the related terms and conditions."

So, if there is pressure, then obviously they have the will to change something.

Good Morning All,

This is not about peer pressure to change our terms. We see our affiliates as our partners and we listen to them. Everybody can make a mistake and these T&C is a bit out dated and so we are happy to amend this in more fair manner, suitable for both, affiliates and ourselves as an operator.
