RETROACTIVE COMMISSION CHANGES SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN
8.1.5 We may raise or lower any affiliates’ commissions according to our sliding commission scale and method of calculation of Your referral commission at management’s discretion.
8.12.2 Gaming City Partners may, at any time and at its sole discretion, change the amount of Referral Commission due to the Sub-Affiliate, as outlined in clause 6.12, in respect of any new Sub-Affiliates referred by giving notice

1.9 Gaming City Partners reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter or amend the terms of these
clauses at any time without prior notice.
12.1 We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and at Our
sole discretion.

11.4 We may withhold Your final payment for a reasonable time after termination to ensure that the
correct amount due is paid.
