NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL AFFILIATES WITH TERM CHANGES
We may periodically make modifications to this Agreement. Affiliates will be emailed with any term changes. While we will do our best to notify you of such changes, we recommend that you revisit this page regularly. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program will constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.
16.1. Forzaaffiliates.com reserves the right to amend, alter, delete, or add to any of the provisions of this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, without giving you any advance notice subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement. Any such changes will be posted on the forzaaffiliates.com site.
16.2. Your continued (i) participation in the program, (ii) use of the forzaaffiliates.com site or forzaaffiliates.com services, or (iii) acceptance of any commissions from forzaaffiliates.com confirms your irrevocable acceptance of this agreement and any amendments or modifications thereto and therefore you shall be obliged to continuously comply with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement as well as to comply with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the forzaaffiliates.com brands as well as any other rules and/or guidelines made known to you from time to time by forzaaffiliates.com.
NCO on Hybrid deals
7.3 In case of partnership on Hybrid and CPA basis there are several terms that should be taken into account: Negative Revenue Share will be deducted from CPA part of the commission. This stipulation takes effect unless otherwise agreed with the affiliate manager beforehand.
