Terms look friendly, but please note:
"7.8 If the AFFILIATE has accumulated on his/her balance the amount of the commission payment for the previous few months, the withdrawal of the entire amount cannot be made in one month in full, payments will be divided into amounts under the limits, approved by the OPERATOR under the internal procedures."
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION REDUCTIONS WILL NOT HAPPEN
"We retain the right to change the REVENUE SHARE AND NET GENERATED REVENUE percentage and method of calculation of Revenue Share as we wish in accordance with clause 1.2."
