We may, in exceptional circumstances, make changes to the Commission percentage and method of calculation. If such change has a material adverse impact on the Affiliate, we will notify the Affiliate in accordance with Clause 8, and the Affiliate may terminate the Affiliate Agreement in accordance with Clause 8.
