NEED THE FULL COMMISSION SCALE FOR REV-SHARE PROVIDED IN TERMS
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION REDUCTIONS WILL NEVER HAPPEN WITH ANY REV-SHARE PLANS
If a Negotiated Plan is applicable to you, we reserve the right to amend the Commission scheme and/or Commission amount by which you will be paid, as well as the qualification criteria for which the Commission is to be paid which includes without limitation the Customer qualification criteria. We shall solely proceed with any such amendment after informing you of the change and the date that the change will come into effect.
13.2. Either party may terminate the Agreement, any IO and/or Negotiated Plan, by providing twenty-four (24) hours prior notice to the other by email
