Minimum Player Rule
6.9 All StakePartners Affiliates affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 5 active customer accounts within 3 (three) months of their acceptance in the affiliate program. If an affiliate does not reach the required level, StakePartners Affiliates reserves the right to close the affiliate account. Affiliates are entitled to applying for a new account on a later stage. Monthly revenue share payments will be held until the affiliate reaches the required activity level.

So is this just for new affiliates? as sounds to me like if you're already through your first 3 months it doesn't apply

thank you for your opinions. We would like to inform you that this point of T&C mentioned above is outdated. It was already updated.

The program's terms and conditions have been checked again in November 2024, they are still considered predatory.
Predatory terms include:

"6.9 All StakePartners Affiliates's affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 5 active customer accounts within 3 (three) months of their acceptance in the affiliate program. If an affiliate does not reach the required level, StakePartners Affiliates reserves the right to hold on the monthly revenue share payments until the affiliate reaches the required activity level."

NEED TO KNOW IF 50 IS MIN FOR WIRES
NEED ADMIN FEE
NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL WITH ANY TERM CHANGES
NEED TO STATE IN TERMINATION THEY WILL PAY FINAL EARNINGS WITHIN 90 DAYS
