Unfortunately, we can't change the terms of partnership program. The terms are just in our book. If you do not find them appealing, you better not accept the conditions and choose another partnership program to work with.

See this is what happens when crooks run programs, they use all manner of BS, to justify their thievery. Certified... lol I had to check it wasn't the 1'st of April.

Whether one agrees or not is a moot point, because enforcing player quotas around these parts is predatory.

Quota-Shocker: AGD certified lifetime revenue share hoaxer Marikit Holdings Ltd Outfit 1xSlots doubles down on 5 actively betting referrals per month quota, mocking small affiliates with "if you do not find them appealing [...] choose another partnership program to work with".

This program will be moved to the predatory section ASAP, I have re-done the terms for re-certification and was in talks to try to have them revert the terms back to friendly, as you see they are not interested.

They also need a Termination Clause and to show the Admin Fee

I'm happy AGD took action. Though, 1xslotspartners.com deserve to be kicked into the Doghouse, for the following dodgy and unethical actions:

• Sneakily changing/adding/removing contractual clauses from their T&C's;
• Non disclosure of ALL GGR fees;
• Non disclosure of termination clause(s);
• Ignoring requests by AGD to answer forum questions.

Here is a program who, by their own hand and choice, decided to deceive (scam) affiliates and AGD.

When confronted with these predatory acts, not only does the Affiliate Program Rep initially ignore the thread for four (4) months (is it not certification policy that a programs MUST be responsive to AGD forum replies?), but finally when the AM arrives, he brings with him an appalling arrogance.

Clearly 1xslotspartners.com has no interest, nor honorable intent, to arrive at AGD with open hands. Nor intention to embrace an ethical company manner in relation to its business dealings.

Dear forum users, we do not cheat anybody and treat our partners fairly. If you see our rules as predatory or unjustified you are free to dislike it. It works for us and works for parnters we have been working with. Probably none of you are our existing partners, or worked with us before so you probably have no bad experience with us, then how you can be judgemental to our service? Those terms regarding 5 referals exist in order to prevent partners cheating like registration under own accounts. Most of our partners have a written agreement with us that sealed by both sides juridically and the terms are discussed beforehand. Regarding admin fee, we do not have it, and never had, we pay all fees on our side. There is no point to add this point into rules since it is not calculated from our partners comission.

And I am really sorry that I did not respond eariler, the thing is I have made a separate topic about 1xSlots affiliate program a while ago, but got no comments there, and I did not know even know about this thread's existence.

I understand that there won't be a common agreement here since we have been already labeled as predatory for not changing our own rules and I could probably just leave this thread, but I want at least to state our positon more clear. Peace to you all, and hopefully you have a wonderful work relations within affiliate industry.
