Minimum Activity Rule
2.4 Minimum Promotion
Affiliates are expected to actively promote the Brand throughout entire period of the agreement. If for any reason the Affiliate will not maintain and regularly update, as this requested by Company marketing personnel, the promotions agreed material on site, the Company reserves the right to suspend the agreement immediately and without any warning. In such case the Company has the right to confiscate any unpaid commission amount.
2.5 Minimum Performance
Affiliates are expected to actively promote one or more brands and as such they are expected to fulfil minimum requirements in terms of player recruitment. For an affiliate to maintain their current revenue share level, they must sign up at least 5 new depositing customers every month. Affiliates who are not able to sign up a minimum of 5 new depositing customers within one calendar month will get paid the 50% of the commission. The company has the right to terminate the agreement if after 3 consecutive months the performance is less than the minimum agreed.
