Due to these terms:

9.6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event you cease to generate new Qualifying Players for more than three (3) months, we reserve the right to remove the Sub-Affiliate Commission from your account without notice. In addition, if any of your Sub-Affiliates fails to generate new Qualifying Players for over 3 months we shall be entitled to disconnect such Sub-Affiliate from your account at our sole discretion.

Minimum Activity Rule
8.4.4. We reserve the right to decrease the amount of your Commission to a lower percentage if during any three (3) month period you fail to deliver any new Pl8.6.5. If your account has been inactive for more than three (3) months at any time during this Agreement, we reserve the right to restructure, on an individual basis, the Remuneration calculation model applicable to your account, including in respect of any Commissions due, or to terminate this Agreementayers.

Regarding this program and the terms&conditions i have to say the following.

For me this is one of the worst program and system in this business. The Overview and handling is not the best. Management is not very professionell and my impression is that they are acting only for their own profit. It's correct that they have no negative carry over but it will not set automatically to zero after ending month. It must be doing manually but they don't do it, so then there are positive and negative earnings mixed.

This all isn't professionell and i would recommend not to become a partner also because they most likely do not have a valid license.

Bad program and system, bad terms&conditions, no valid license, no friendly affiliate program are for me creterias for beeing into to the Rogue House.

Adding minimum activity rules has never worked for previous sponsors, so I wonder why some programs think that it will work for them.
