Due to this term:

Minimum Player Rule
2.3 Affiliate minimum efforts. By agreeing to participate in the Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to use your best efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote the Grodt Websites in accordance with the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement and Grodts instructions from time to time. You will ensure that all activities taken by you under the Affiliate Agreement will be in Grodts best interest and will in no way harm Grodts reputation or goodwill. You may link to the Grodt Websites using the Affiliate Links or other such materials as we may from time to time approve. This is the only method by which you may advertise on our behalf. You are required to refer a minimum of 1 New Customer per month in each and every twelve month period you are a member of the Affiliate Program and this is a material term of the Agreement. Grodt reserves the right to amend this minimum New Customer requirement in relation to individual Affiliates upon reasonable notice to such Affiliates.

Thanks, met these guys at the latest London conference. Was just about to start with them, but won't now.

Requiring a minimum quota is one thing, but requiring it EVERY month is another. Sometimes traffic is slow. Why risk getting closed off if you have just 1 light month?

Requiring a minimum quota is one thing, but requiring it EVERY month is another.

Quotas regardless of numbers or time frame, are a scam.

This is just another way to entrap affiliates and force them to continue to promote a brand.

Programs terminate affiliate accounts for all manner of excuses, yet, a quota clause holds affiliates to RANSOM, if they want to be paid or worse, continue to receive their 'promised' life time revenue.

If an affiliate refers a NDP and that player gambles and turns a profit for the brand, then that brand is ETHICALLY bound to pay the affiliate their cut.

To do anything else is just plain crooked!

Thanks for the warning. Another program I'll never work with.

While I understand the attraction of finding new brands, the risk these days, seems to out-weigh the gains.
The 'pool' of ethical programs/brands we have to choose from is generally staying constant.
