Due to these terms:
Minimum Activity Rule
3.12 Should an Affiliate / Master Affiliate / Sub-Affiliate account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period of 3 (three) months and where the account also has a balance MEDIA Limited Affiliation shall attempt to contact the Affiliate via e-mail as to re-activate the account. Should this not be possible, the account will be suspended or deleted at MEDIA Limited Affiliations%u2019 own discretion.
4.4 The Platform reserves the right to close the Affiliate account if the Affiliate fails to reply to any communication attempt by the Platform for 3 (three) consecutive months. Once the account is closed, the Affiliate will lose the right to claim any outstanding commission due.
3.13 By applying to be registered as Master Affiliate and / or Sub-Affiliate of the Affiliate Programme, the Affiliate accepts that: The Affiliate account will have a validity of 6 (six) months from the date of the registration. 1 (one) month prior to the expiry date of the contract, MEDIA Limited Affiliation will be getting in touch with the Affiliate via e-mail as to renew the Affiliate's contract.
A further notice of renewal will be sent on the day of expiry of the Affiliate's contract.
A post-expiry e-mail will be sent 1 (one) week after the expiry date should there be no renewal of account.
Negative Carryover
Any negative monthly balance will be waived and not carried forward to any other month. However should the Affiliate generates a negative monthly balance for 3 (three) consecutive months, the negative amount accrued will be carried forward until a positive balance is achieved. Should the Affiliate generate a negative monthly balance for 6 (six) consecutive months, then the Platform reserves the right to close the Affiliate account.
