You are required to refer a minimum of 1 New Customer per month in each and every twelve month period you are a member of the Affiliate Programme and this is a material term of the Agreement. GSL reserves the right to amend this minimum New Customer requirement in relation to individual Affiliates upon reasonable notice to such Affiliates.
