This Agreement shall enter into force upon registration of the Partner on the Affiliate Program website and will remain in force until one of the parties notifies the other party in writing of its intention to terminate this Agreement. If this rule is fulfilled, the Agreement will be immediately terminated. Any of the parties to the Agreement has the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason or without reason at all at its sole discretion.

In case of prolonged inactivity of the Partners account, the Affiliate Program is entitled to consider this Agreement terminated. To resume the account, the Partner should contact the affiliate program managers and coordinate further actions.

An total rip-off admin fee of 40 % and in addition a hidden commission-cut option with the right to do it on the quiet, so that their 40 % revenue share beginning with the 2nd month is fragile:

+++ ADDENDUM +++

As an add-on to the hidden commission-cut option I quoted in the prior post, the reader should know, that this program takes a 40 % admin fee, and you will receive your first payment only, after you have recruited at least 5 depositing players.

They also have a muzzle-term. It is de jure prohibited to complain about missing payments or other problems in the public:

Additional restrictions. In addition to these restrictions, the Partner does not have a right to perform or assist other persons to perform:

• any actions that defame the Affiliate program or the Casinos, cause any harm or can potentially harm the reputation of the Affiliate program and the Casinos

The general question is always what the programs mean with "inactive".

No registrations, no new depositers although you advertise ort it's listed ?

We noticed in the past that programs have different meanings and applications.

But these rules will make always by human and that's the problem because some of these responsible guys have no idea or make it conscious. It's easily to get rid to their partners through these rule or to reduce commission.

The other terms are still more worst like admin fee or having no right to make anything public.

This is absolutely rogue in my eyes and i have no understanding for programs like this. I'm glad that we don't have a partnership with.

It has also a good thing that affiliates like us who don't work with can report about these shabby things without consideration.

Activity Rules!
Active Partner is the Partner, who constantly direct new Players to the projects of the Affiliate program. In case if the Partner remains inactive for 60 days, his Commission from the net profit of the Casino will be 25%

In case of prolonged idleness of the Partners account, the Affiliate program has the right to consider this Agreement terminated. In order to reactivate the account, the Partner has to turn to the managers of the Affiliate program and coordinate further actions.

NEED TO PAY IN 90 DAYS
The Affiliate program has the right to withhold the last Commission Payment from revenue for the reasonable period to perform the payout of the correct sum in case of any debts or obligations, owed to the Affiliate program. The Affiliate program has the right to subtract the corresponding sum from the Partners payment in case of debt or any obligations, owed to it by him or her.

The Partner is obliged:
to send Documents to the Affiliate program after written request within 24 hours;( THIS SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS)
after receiving the written request from the Affiliate program, provide the Affiliate program or its third party representatives in usual work hours:

• Affiliates need to be emailed with any term changes made
