3.2. If the monthly gross profit results in a negative amount, this negative amount will be taken over in the next month.

Termination
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
6.1. This Agreement enters into force upon notice of the Partner Terms and Conditions and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.

6.2. This Agreement is not timed and will continue as long as both parties fulfill their obligations and none of the parties terminate the Agreement.

6.3. Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by informing the respective counterparty in writing. This written notice can be sent by e-mail or fax.

6.4. This agreement may be terminated without notice by ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED if you cease advertising for the services of ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED.

6.5. In the event that this Agreement is terminated, you should immediately remove all links, trademarks and logos, etc. from your website.

6.6. If the present Agreement is terminated by ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED for any of the reasons set forth in 6.7-6.9, ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will continue to pay commissions for any revenue generated by existing members who have registered prior to the expiration date of the termination.

6.7. If the Partner terminates this Agreement, ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will pay any commissions due at the time of termination, however, ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be obliged to make any further commission payments to you.

6.8. If the members of the Affiliate do not generate at least %u20AC 50 gross sales for three consecutive months, ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED is entitled to terminate this Agreement and is not obligated to pay any additional commission payments to you. The same applies if the present agreement has already been terminated, but commissions are in line with

6.6 continue to be paid.

6.9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this document, ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has the right to terminate this Agreement and all commissions of the Company in the event that ALMOR.ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has reasonably ascertained that the Partner has made a material breach of this Agreement Confiscate partners.

Term updates:

1. The partner is paid a commission from the casino in accordance with the profit percentage plan. This profit is only calculated from real money bets. Bonus costs, defaults and other fees are deducted from the profit.

Still shocking that last one (3.3) is just fooked up. I mean you could have 2 players make you a €25 euro profit and the 3rd could be making you €1000's but because of this term you don't see a dime. Or am I being a bit thick and misreading it.

These conditions have existed for years and as far as i know it has never been applied because of point 3.3

It will also paid out under this condition, the only exception being if one would suspects fraud.

I know exactly what you mean and understand each colleague who wants to stay away regarding this term.

It's stated already a longer time in the terms and of course one could describe better or more different.

On the other hand it's also always a bit of trust one must have.

Sometimes it works okay with companies and sometimes you get disappoint. That's business and for me it's always a question of Trust and Feeling or to know the people personally, you want to work with.
