Due to this term:
JOKERBET.es will have the right to unlink from the Affiliate's affiliation code, and therefore the Affiliate will not have the right to commission on them, to those users generated by the Affiliate who have not deposited and played in the first three months from the user-affiliate link , as well as those users generated by the Affiliate who have not had activity for four consecutive months.
Note they also have Negative Carry Over:
the NGR turns out to be negative in the settlement period, it will be considered for income purposes and for the corresponding monthly settlement, as zero, accumulating the negative amount, for compensation with the next three (3) future settlements. If the negative amount will not be fully compensated in the following three months, the outstanding balance will be assumed by JOKERBET
