Your too kind. If it was me, I'd kick them into the Doghouse. Any program who uses unfair T&C's, or refuses to add a common decency clause, belongs in the DH.

By all means kick them somewhere but not into the Doghouse, cause that's a nice place where all us AGD members visit.
