Due to these terms:
The Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliates accounts. Such minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed and the Company reserves the right to reduce the Affiliates Commission/ change the Affiliates Reward Plan or even terminate any agreement not reaching the limit. In any case,at any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing at least four (4) and legitimate depositing customers to the Companys Sites, any Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and the Company reserves the right to change or terminate the agreement.
7.1.3.10 that there is no activity in the Affiliates account for continuous forty five day period, in which case this Agreement will be deemed to have been terminated by the Affiliate without notice. For the purposes of this clause 7.1.3.9 the term no activity shall mean no new depositing Customers introduced by the Affiliate.
