Due to these terms:
7.5. Casino reserves the right to manually decrease affiliate's lifetime revnue share to 25% if the affiliate is deemed dormant. Affiliate is considered dormant in case of the substantial decrease in traffic over the period of 3 months combined with a lack of communication with affiliate manager.
7.4 The commission is paid provided that at least one deposit has been made by the players referred by the Partner within the reporting period.
5. COMPANY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES
In the case of your breach (or, where relevant, suspected breach) of this Agreement or your negligence in performance under the Affiliate Program, or failure to meet your obligations hereunder, the Company shall have the following remedies available:
