Due to these terms:

9.6. Handling of negative publicity. Upon notice of any negative publicity concerning the Partner Company, or the Partner Companys owner(s), which WaveAffiliates management believes can damage the reputation of and its brands or those of related companies, WaveAffiliates has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately.

3.12. The Partner Company acknowledges and accepts that the said WaveAffiliates retains the right to change or withdraw any part of the Service, at any time and in any manner it deems appropriate, without prior notice to the Partner Company and without any liability whatsoever on the part of WaveAffiliates.

6.4. WaveAffiliates reserves the right to terminate this Agreement by a notice in writing (an email being sufficient) if the Partner Company does not actively promote the Participating Sites. Not actively promoting the Participating Sites shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

If a company, agent, affiliate program, or any and all entities/persons responsible for paying affiliate commission(s), tracking referred player(s), etc., etc., etc., if an affiliate program et al is stupid enough to use rogue-like T&C's, and or clip-joint crooked scams to steal from affiliates and or players, then why shouldn't people affected by these types of scams/rorts speak out!

Easy answer which solves all these issues...

Don't be a crooked affiliate program and or igaming entity. Be honest and no one will talk badly of you

So if you 'out' predatory practices (or question payments) you can be terminated. I suppose that would void all payments due to you too!

Sounds like an NDA from some abuser.
