7.4 If, after a 6 month inclusive period, no new FTDs are referred, the Revenue Share will be reduced to 20%. If, after a 12 month inclusive period, no new FTDs are referred, the Revenue Share will be reduced to 10%. Once a new active Customer has been referred, the following month the Revenue Share will be increased to 25%, and onwards based on the calculation set out in section 1.2

I can imagine their electricity company stating: Unless you power consumption remains the same or > within a 6 month period, you will incur a high rate of charge. If this trend continues, you incur higher and higher fees, until such time as your power consumption reaches the previous figure before said rate rises.

It seems most weeks we're seeing more and more crooked bastards enter our industry. Clearly, with one agenda in focus. That is, steal from affiliate partners.

Vote with you feet. Kick these clowns to the curb. Only work with programs who pay their advertised commission %'s or very close to those stated percentages. And, check out their T&C's first. Anything like the above, or any type of rogue/clip joint terms, then find yourself another program.
