11.3 Paysafe reserves the right to close the Affiliate Account with immediate effect, if Paysafe has reasonable grounds to believe that the Affiliate has become inactive, whereas an Affiliate shall be considered inactive in any of the following instances (list is non-exhaustive):
(i) Affiliate has not generated any commissionable transactions within a period of not less than three (3) months; or

Such a large conglomerate who, basically, reverts to being a school yard bully, and steals 'lunch money' from the little people... What a guy the CEO is. That goes for the Paysafe Board of Directors, too.

There are a plathora of public limited companies (world wide), with oodles of shareholders. They don't 'close accounts' or use dodgy-changes to their T&C's to rob affiliates. Yet, they are able to not only maintain a respectable profit, but increase it each year.

What sets these aforemention unnamed entities apart from Paysafe Group?

They keep their ethical and moral compasses in check. Knowing, maintaining one's intgrity is worth more than untold golden fortunes. These companies, unlike Paysafe Group, don't steal from people!
