Due to these terms:
The Company reserves the right to reduce the Affiliates Commission/change the Reward Plan if:
The Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote the Company, except in markets where affiliate activity is restricted (e.g. Netherlands), and/or
The existing Reward Plan results in a financial loss to the Company, and/or
The Affiliate fails to generate a minimum of 5 New Depositing Customers per month over a period 3 months, and/or
If the Affiliate does not generate any New Depositing Customers for a period of 6 months, except in markets where affiliate activity is restricted;
Following termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate will only be entitled to receive the outstanding Commission due to the effective termination date of this Agreement. However, the Company may reasonably withhold the Affiliates final payment to ensure that the correct amount is paid. After such payment, the Affiliate will no longer be entitled to receive any other Commission.
