Due to these terms:

4.1.21 you will carry Customer acquisition at all times in accordance with the terms of Affiliate
Program and this Agreement. A Dormant Affiliate account, showing no or close to none
acquisition activity for a period for 60 days will see their deal reviewed with a 5% revenue
share decrease every month. A Dormant Affiliate account with no or close to no acquisition
activity for a period of 180 days or more will be closed.

1.5.15 Dormant Affiliate means an Affiliate account, showing no or close to no acquisition activity
for a period of 60 days.
12.2.5 the Affiliate shows no activity nor acquisitions for 180 days;
