Due to these terms:
Where a Customer does not place a bet for a period of 12 months they will cease to be a Customer for the purposes of the Agreement and Affiliate will not be eligible to receive commission on any subsequent bets placed by the Customer.
During the Term of this Agreement, Affiliates participating in a revenue-share payment model as agreed with PointsBet will earn commissions in respect of all legitimate transactions that your referred Customers undertake accordance with your applicable revenue-share plan, subject to Affiliate having 10 Customers place their first bet within each 3-month rolling period under the Program. Where Affiliate fails to have 10 new Customers place their first bet with PointsBet in accordance with this requirement, PointsBet may: (1) refuse to pay commissions to Affiliate for the applicable month(s); and/or (2) close Affiliates account and terminate this Agreement.
Either PointsBet or Affiliate may terminate the Agreement and their participation in the Program at any time, without cause, by giving the other party at least 30 days written notice of termination
