THEY NEED TO DEFINE THIS BETTER OR REMOVE IT SINCE THE LOWEST SCALE SHOWN IS 30% IF IT DROPS LOWER THAN 25% THIS IS PREDATORY
Net Revenue on a rolling three (3) month basis to the effect that if an Affiliate has not generated any Players during any such calculation period the Revenue Share Percentage above may, at BetRegal discretion, revert to the lowest percentage rate for the three (3) month period thereafter, and shall remain at such rate up until the Affiliate generates Players in accordance with the above table.

Should a BetRegal.com user have no deposit or wager activity for a period of twelve (12) months, their account will enter a dormant state. While in a dormant state, BetRegal.com will charge a monthly maintenance fee of5 with the first fee being charged at the end of the 12th month after the last recorded login.

NEED ALWAYS TO EMAIL AFFILIATE WITH TERM CHANGES
