PREDATORY ACTIVITY RULE
Minimum Activity Qualification: In order to maintain the active status of the affiliate account, WPT Global reserves the right (after 3 months of inactivity, in the event that you will not direct any Qualifying Users to any Site for the period of 3 months and be considered as an inactive Affiliate), to redice the affiliate's revenue share to 12.5% until such time as WPT Global management are assured that the affiliate is actively promoting the brands. If the Affiliate is not able to provide proof that they are actively promoting the brand to WPT Global's satisfaction, WPT Global will need to re-negotiate any agrement with the affiliate upon the affiliate contacting WPT Global about this.

You accept that we reserve the right to make corrections in the Revenue Commission if the win-loss vs Poker Gross Revenue ratio is showing that the traffic coming from You is impacting the ecology of the poker session.

A rolling security reserve of 8% of all amounts due to you may be withheld for up to 6 months from the payment due date. The security reserve will serve to guarantee any debt or liability from you to us pursuant to this Agreement, such as in connection with Fraud, Chargebacks, Credits, etc.

WPT Global reserved the right to withhold any payment due to the webmaster in order to ensure that the correct amount is owed and paid.

We reserve the right to make immaterial changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will give you as much prior notice of such changes as is reasonably practicable but, in any event, you will be notified of material changes before these come into effect. After being informed of the changes, you will be asked to Agree to the changes to continue to use our services. Your continued use of the services after being notified of the material changes, and after indicating your acceptance of them, will be deemed to be your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the material changes, the agreement will be terminated from the date of notice.

"Dear partner,

After careful consideration, WPT Global has decided to make some changes to commission structures.

These changes will allow us to spend more money growing MTTs, Global Spins, Omaha and other games, and create better incentives for partners to bring the players that add the most value to our ecosystem.

In our quest to grow as quickly as possible, we have sometimes created the wrong incentives. The result is that WPT Global spent the most money, often double or more, to acquire and keep players who a) already knew about us; b) generally have a negative impact on the value of the other players on the network; c) already retain very well because they cannot win as much anywhere else.

We need to rebalance things. Hence:

• From August 1st, where a player is categorised by our FairGame AI technology as a highly-skilled professional player, we will no longer pay revenue share for those stakes.
  
  • Example: If a player is categorised as a highly-skilled professional player at $1/$2, but is uncategorised or a novice player at $2/$4, we will not pay revenue share on rake paid at $1/$2, but we will pay revenue share on rake paid at $2/$4

At the same time we would like to incentivise MTT, Omaha and Global Spins play, and:

• While previously affiliates did not earn revenue share on multi-table tournaments, we will introduce a new commission structure allowing affiliates to earn money on MTT players. Please refer to this presentation for more details.
  
• To help incentivise traffic to PLO and Global Spins, we will not charge affiliates for leaderboard costs, freeroll overlays and MTT tickets from August 1st.
  

In the near future we’ll also be expanding our internal VIP program to deliver tailored VIP treatment and rewards to more players, as well as introducing the first phase of our loyalty program, Table Starter Rakeback. This will be paid directly to the first two players at a table, regardless of their FairGame categorisation, as a reward for starting a new game.

We appreciate that for some of our partners, this will not be good news. However, we hope that you will understand that our previous commission structure was not sustainable and that a change was necessary.
