Due to these terms:
PREDATORY ACTIVITY RULE
If an Affiliate is inactive or dormant for more than a period of 6 months, meaning that the Commission falls below a certain threshold in that time period, MNP reserves the right to restructure the Commission. We may advise you from time to time by way of e-mail or other form of written correspondence regarding this matter.
PREDATORY PLAYER SHOULD BE FOR A LIFETIME
Without derogating from any other provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any Commission containing a Revenue Share component with respect to the Sites, shall only be payable for a maximum period of 24 months from the date on which the applicable Lead qualifies as a Player and in any event only during the term of this Agreement.
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION CHANGES WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH CURRENT AFFILIATES
We reserve the right to change the Commission fee schedules and method of calculation of Commission fees at any time during the term of this Agreement, by posting a change notice or a new affiliate agreement on our Website
NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL WITH TERM CHANGES
We have the right to modify the terms and conditions in this Agreement, at any time at our sole discretion. You agree that posting a change of terms notice or a new agreement on our website is considered sufficient provision of notice and such modifications shall be effective as of the date of posting such new Agreement.
NEED A BETTER REASON FOR TERMINATION AND STATE FINAL EARNINGS WILL BE PAID IN 90 DAYS
