Due to these terms:
ACTIVITY RULES/COMMISSION REDUCTION- PREDATORY
6. ApoloBet.com shall impose an inactivity fee on the Affiliate if the latter hasn't attracted any customers for three (3) consecutive months. The 10% revenue share is due until at least three (3) new customers are brought in the following three (3) months.
7. ApoloBet.com stops paying commission for active players if your don't bring new users (atleast 5) with deposit / betting activity 2 months in a row.
8. If you bring us less than 15 users in past 3 months we have the right to review your RSplan.
13. ApoloBet.com reserves the right to reduce the Affiliates Commission/change theAffiliates Reward Plan if the Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote ApoloBet.com.
12. ApoloBet.com reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Affiliate does notgenerate any clicks on the ApoloBet.com Content for three consecutive months.
9. ApoloBet.com shall not impose a negative revenue carryover on the Affiliate in case thelatter has at least five (5) active players, even if the Affiliates balance is negative. However, if the Affiliate has fewer than five (5) active players, the negative balance shall be carried over.
NEED A BETTER REASON FOR TERMINATION AND STATE FINAL EARNINGS WILL BE PAID WITHIN 90 DAYS
XV. AMENDMENSTS TO THE AGREEMENT- NEED TO STATE IN THIS SECTION AFFILIATES WILL ALWAYS BE EMAILED WITH TERM CHANGES
