AMBIGUOUS RULE, THEY NEED TO DEFINE 'SIGNIFICANT'
"3.5 High-roller policy
If a significant win occurs between the 20th and 30th/31st of the current month and the balance is spent or lost in the following month, the Company will not include those funds in the Affiliates's commission fees."

"3.7 Deals revision
The Company reserves the right to cancel an affiliate partnership or unilaterally set a new deal. The related party will be notified one bank day in advance. Reasons for cancellation may include low-quality traffic, low conversion rate leading to a negative balance, or any attempt of fraud or bonus abuse.
Once the current deal is canceled and a new deal is set, all subsequent traffic introduced by the Affiliate will be paid out according to the terms of the new agreement. Requests to renegotiate the deal will be ignored or refused."
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION REDUCTIONS WILL NEVER HAPPEN
"7.1 Commission structure
Subject to your adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this clause."
