Due to these terms:
"5.13 If the Partner fails to attract at least 3 (three) new users for 3 (three) consecutive calendar months, the company has the right (but is not obliged) to modify the terms and conditions of cooperation, including reducing the amount of commission received by the Partner or suspending the Affiliate Account in the Affiliate Program. In some cases, the question of terminating the current agreement with the Partner may be considered.
the right to immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement;
6.12 Subject to compliance by the Partner with the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, the Partner will receive commissions in accordance with their structure. The Company reserves the right to modify the commission percentage and the method of calculating the commission in accordance with this provision."
