We received the following email:
"Dear Affiliates,
As previously informed, since August 1st, 2024, we have migrated our affiliate platform from Netrefer to MyAffiliates. To ensure a smooth transition, please follow the steps below to log in to the new platform and extract your new tracking links.
Step 1: Check Your Email Address in Netrefer
- If you are unsure which email address is connected to your Netrefer account, please log in to Netrefer here - https://dashboard.mozzartaffiliates.com/affiliates/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=/affiliates/#
- Navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Emails to check your email account in Netrefer.
Step 2: Log In to MyAffiliates
- Visit the MyAffiliates login page: https://login.mozzartaffiliates.com/signin.php
- Enter the email address attached to your Netrefer account as the username. It must be your email address for each account. Again, if you are not sure, check your email address in Netrefer.
- Check the box "I'm not a robot" and click Sign In.
Step 3.1: Reset Your Password
- A pop-up will appear redirecting you to the password reset page.
Step 3.2: Reset Your Password
- On the "Forgotten Username or Password" page, enter your email address to reset your password
- You will see a confirmation message on the page
Step 3.3: Reset Your Password
- Check your email for a message from affiliates@mozzartbet.com and click the red "Reset your password" button.
Please note - it might take up to several minutes until you receive your confirmation email. Also, check your Spam and Promotions folders
Step 4.1.: Set a New Password
- A "Reset Password" window will appear where you have to enter and confirm your new password.
Step 4.2.: Set a New Password
- After resetting your password, an "Edit Account Details" window will appear. Fill in all fields marked with a red *.
- Some fields may be automatically filled in, but you can edit these as necessary. Fields like Company Name and Mobile Number are optional.
Step 5 - Login completed
After finishing all the following steps, you will be able to fully log in to your account and check all the details.
