Mr Affiliate - very poor performer?

re Deposits, for some reason NetRefer only shows deposits on certain reward plans I however have no problems giving you those numbers monthly.

re how a brand is performing on a specific site. I dont want to go down the path of "the usual song that I am the one that is not performing". When you´re pushing a brand there's 100 factors that will influence. What Geo is the traffic coming from, what words are you SEO ranking on (or where were the email list acquired). Is the Mr Green brand inline with what your traffic is looking for, is the welcome offer competitive on the list and so on. When we experience problems for whatever reason we´ll try and support you and find ways to improve whatever the issue may be but if the traffic fundamentally is looking for another type of brand we can only do so much. And that is okay with me . The Mr Green brand will not be universal and bad performance does not have to be defined as "bad affiliate" or "bad Casino" its just that sometimes the traffic and the brand doesn't fit 100%.

Yes, at some brands I can see deposits at some not, while others at the same brands have the opposite things. I can ask my affiliate manager for deposits, then, that is useful information for me, thanks for that.

I agree with that. For that to it is "for whatever reason, I am not earning with Mr. Green what I am expecting". That is also why I compare with brands that are similar for me, for example Leo Vegas. It depends on many things. I tried to discuss this with affiliate managers, but that was kind of impossible. Last time I immediately got a boomerang back.

Will ask some more details at my AM, compare stats and try to finetune the welcome offer with the affiliate manager. Last time that was unfortunately impossible with Andreas.

And in the same breath, I want to mention that we did just recently lose two co-workers in the affiliate team so we are extremely limited on time right now and our replies might be a little delayed / short but I´m working on recruiting new affiliate managers so soon we´ll be up and running better than ever.

I think this is not very transparent of a big name in the industry about two people leaving with a full agenda days before an important event.

That makes me think he had his hands to deep in someones pockets? And or maybe taking revenue from affiliates?? Heard stories like this from other affiliate programs. It happens and who knows.

Will have to respect for having to keep it a secret. But that just makes us guess instead and in one way would be better for Mr. Affiliate to just come out with reason. As normally as an affiliate you would be told sorry but this person wanted to seek new adventures but here Tobias actually clearly states it was due to ungentlemanlike behaviour.....

@ paaske - in our netrefer system it's impossible for users to retag players so no affiliates were affected but still they both acted in a way that was not the Mr green way.
