Mr Green reverses affiliate program closure decision

Mr Green have sent out an email saying they're now NOT closing their affiliate program, but who will work with them now that they've done this?

Perhaps William Hill/888 will realise the same, that it was a really bad move to hack off thousands of people and ruin their reputation!

Absolute shambles. These jokers just think they can do whatever they like.

"We are writing to provide you with an update on the communication sent regarding our operations of MrAffiliate program in the UK. We would like to inform you that we've decided to extend the closure date, originally set for April 2nd, 2024, until further notice.

Therefore, our MrAffiliate program in the UK will continue operating under the current Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of any doubt "Affiliate Remuneration" will be payable by Mr Green after April 2nd, 2024, in line with our program's T&Cs."

Yeah, like the way they use the words "extend the closure date". Who on earth thought those words were a good idea? Complete amateurs.

I think within 888 Holdings there's a lot of infighting between brands. Those responsible for Mr Green seem to have won a reprieve from the upper management. Or, more likely they said they'd close the affiliate program then saw their numbers plummet to nothing, had some crisis meetings, and decided to come back begging. 888/William Hill/Mr Green is dead from an affiliate perspective. Good luck to them, they'll just have to pay top dollar from the big media companies.
